How does the 30 Day Streak work?+
A new cohort starts on the 1st of every month and runs for 30 days. Inside those 30 days you can run or walk on as many days as you like — anywhere from 1 day to all 30, and every logged day is counted. There is no minimum or maximum distance. Run on all 30 days and you earn the Streak Medal.
What happens if I miss a day?+
Nothing resets. Missing a day simply means one less day on your total — the days you did log still count towards the leaderboard. Only the Streak Medal requires all 30 days.
When does my cohort start if I sign up mid-month?+
You join the next cohort, which begins on the 1st of the following month and runs for 30 days. Your dashboard shows your exact window once your payment is confirmed.
How do I win the Champion Medal?+
The Champion Medal goes to the participant with the highest cumulative verified distance — the sum of all your daily runs/walks across the 30 days. It is not about one big day; it is the 30-day total. The leaderboard is live, so the record can change any time.
Which apps can I use to record my activity?+
Strava, Garmin Connect, Apple Health/Fitness, Samsung Health, or any GPS app that produces a screenshot showing distance, pace and date.
How do payments work?+
Payments are processed securely via PayU. UPI, net banking, cards and wallets are all supported. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include your medal and shipping within India.
When will my medal ship?+
Medals ship within 7 business days of your challenge being verified. You'll get a tracking number by email.
What if my activity isn't verified?+
We'll email you the reason (missing GPS data, unclear screenshot, distance short of the target, etc.) and give you the chance to resubmit within your challenge window.
